Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that deposits will not be transferable and non refundable if this request isn’t met.
Lateness Policy
If you find yourself running late, we encourage you to contact us at 01895 441 277. We diligently schedule the appropriate time for each service, and accommodating late arrivals can be challenging. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment, resulting in the loss of your deposit or the full service may not be carried out but still charged.
Deposits & Appointments
A 30% deposit must be paid by following the link provided 48 hours prior to your service. Failure to do this results in automatic cancellation.
A confirmation message/email will always be sent if an appointment has been scheduled, without this, it will mean there could be a technical problem or misunderstanding and no appointment is scheduled. Without confirmation your appointment will not be in our diary and a service will not be provided.
Online bookings
- Clients are responsible for selecting the correct services when booking appointments online. Please take care to choose the appropriate service for your needs.
- The stylist will only perform the services that have been booked. No adaptations or changes to the service will be made on the day of the appointment.
- If an incorrect appointment is made, it is the client’s responsibility to rectify it. Please double-check your booking details before finalizing your appointment, if you are unsure please contact us on 01895 441 277.
- In the event of an incorrect booking, any deposit made will be forfeited.
Children’s haircuts
Children’s haircuts are only provided on certain days of the week, as children must be accompanied by an adult and we have limited space in the salon to comfortably accommodate this during our busy periods.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days. We value your feedback and aim to meet your expectations. Any alterations made by you or a third party will void this guarantee. If you change your mind or contact us after 7 days, standard charges will apply.
No Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. For your subsequent appointment, a new deposit will be required. If you miss three consecutive appointments without prior communication, you will be unable to book future visits.
Skin Testing
A skin test is essential for all colour services. If you do not complete this test 48 hours before your hair colour appointment, we will have to cancel your booking and your deposit will be lost. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a valid skintest is in place when making a booking.
Preparing for your hair colour Service
To ensure the best results for your hair service, we kindly ask that you arrive with clean hair, free from any product buildup, including oils, hairsprays, gels or colour tint/root sprays that will act as a barrier. If your hair is not adequately prepared for your appointment, we may have to refuse service or wash your hair prior to the treatment, which will incur an additional charge.
Proceeding with the service on unclean hair may compromise the effectiveness of our products which we cannot be held responsible for.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed for services at the salon. Any remaining balance will be credited to your profile for future visits.
Plus Ones
If you require a companion to accompany you during your appointment, please inform our front desk at the time of booking. Due to space limitations, we appreciate your understanding. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for ensuring their behavior does not disturb other clients. Children must also be supervised at all times, including when using restroom facilities.
Personal Belongings
Whilst we take the upmost care with your personal items and full PPE is provided we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. To avoid disappointment, we recommend wearing appropriate clothing, as high necklines, hoods and collars may be susceptible to colour stains and are best avoided during an appointment.
Extra Long & Thick Hair
If you have long or thick hair, please inform us at the time of booking. Additional appointment time may be necessary, and failure to notify us may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit. An additional charge per service will apply for long or thick hair due to the increased time and product required.
